I had a great conversation with Brooke Smokelin, a dear friend and colleague of mine for almost a decade.

We had a great conversation about what chakras are, how to create language around these energy centers or "wheels" through out our physical/emotional/spiritual bodies.

Brooke is beginning her 21st annual Chakra Activation Series on January 21st, so we spoke about the series, her origins with how this was created, and what someone may expect if they were to join us in this 7 month series going through each Chakra.

We also touched on the intersection of psychedelics and yoga and how these two worlds both require integration and grounding to really excel in a given practice.
