I interviewed Jeff as he has experience with HazMat from being a firefighter, and is certified in HazMat tech level 1. Mr. Jeff is local to Pennsylvania and was able to shed some light on how we should approach the issue of the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio on February 3rd.
